HOT & COLD SHOWERs
After your normal shower when you have finished washing turn the setting to cold water. You can do a generalised therapy all over your body for a couple of minutes, or focus the cold water around your digestive system and liver for 10-20 seconds each time.
Repeat this sequence with 3 cold blasts and ending on cold. It does not need to be icy cold, the temperature only needs to be 10 degrees different to be effective.
The changes in temperature help to move the blood and lymph and reduce sluggish lymph flow. Undertake daily or as often as you shower normally.
This helps stimulate your immune system and supports your central nervous system
These techniques are not suitable for anyone with heart trouble or high blood pressure, or if you are diabetic or pregnant. Please ensure you check with your practitioner for suitability for you.
