PORRIDGE OATS

Makes 1 portion

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • ¼ cup oats

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1-2 tsp seeds, blitz

 

Put on gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes stirring occasionally

OR

Bring to the boil, turned down and simmer for 10-15 minutes until you get the texture you like.

 

You can add fruit such as blueberries and banana as you cook or at the end of cooking the oats

You can also top with chopped nuts if desired
