OAT MILK

100g oats
600ml water
Vanilla pod seeds
4 Medjool dates
¼ tsp cinnamon
Soak the oats in water for 20 mins. Then rinse in a sieve.
Put the oats and 600ml of fresh water and all other ingredients into a blender and whizz on high until smooth.
Strain the milk through a muslin cloth or nut milk bag. Use your hands to squeeze out as much as you can.
Store the oat milk in the fridge for 2-3 days. Shake up before using.
You can compost the oat pulp instead of throwing it away.
