Uses

Oats can be eaten hot or cold, as a flour and as a milk and used in both sweet and savoury dishes.  They can also be added to smoothies, cereal bars, muffins and used as breadcrumbs.

Go Slow

If you have not eaten oats before, start with a small portion and leave it a few days before you eat it again.  This will allow time for you to ensure your body does not react negatively to it.
