CANDIDA SALIVA TEST

1. Before bed place a clear glass by your bedside

2. First thing in the morning fill the glass with water.

3. Work up some saliva.

4. Spit into the water and then leave it.

5. Check the water every 15 mins for 1 hour.

6. Make a note of what you see using the below as a guide.

Try this over 3 consecutive days.
