SAUNA & STEAM Therapy

Sauna and steam rooms are forms of hydrotherapy that open the pores of the skin aiding detoxification as toxins can leave the body via sweat.  Keep a cool towel and water bottle handy so you do not overheat. Start slowly with 5 minutes and see how you feel.  Shower afterwards with plain warm water. 

Do not use if you suffer from heart problems or high blood pressure.

Avoid a dry sauna if you suffer from eczema as this may aggravate your skin, steam however may help soothe your skin externally as well as aid internal cleansing.
