OVERNIGHT OATS

Makes 1-2 portions

 

  • 50g Oats (½ cup flat)

  • 125ml Almond Milk

  • ¼ grated apple

  • 1 tsp seeds

  • 25g dried fruit (optional)

 

  1. Mix everything together

  2. Soak overnight

  3. In the morning, add fresh fruit and crushed nuts, and sweeten with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
