OVEN BAKED POTATO WEDGES
2 People
2 large potatoes (cut each into 8 wedges)
1-2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
1 small crushed garlic clove (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp paprika
Black pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
Heat oven to 180c fan
Line baking sheet with paper
Cut potatoes in half, half again and again unit you have 8 wedges per potato
And add to a bowl
Add all other ingredients but only half the cheese (1 tbs)
Bake for 35 minutes – turn half way through
Serve with the parsley and leftover cheese
