OVEN BAKED POTATO WEDGES

  • 2 large potatoes (cut each into 8 wedges)

  • 1-2 tbs olive oil

  • 2 tbs grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 small crushed garlic clove (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • Black pepper

  • Fresh parsley (optional)

  1. Heat oven to 180c fan

  2. Line baking sheet with paper

  3. Cut potatoes in half, half again and again unit you have 8 wedges per potato

  4. And add to a bowl

  5. Add all other ingredients but only half the cheese (1 tbs)

  6. Bake for 35 minutes – turn half way through

  7. Serve with the parsley and leftover cheese
