CHIA STRAWBERRY JAM

  • 90g (1.5 cups) strawberries

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  1. Place all the ingredients into a sauce pan over a low heat.

  2. Cook gently until the strawberries break down and the jam starts to thicken.

  3. It can take up to 30 minutes.

  4. Blitz it if you like it lump free.

  5. Pour into sterilised jars.

You can also use 1 large apple and 25g of blackberries instead of strawberries.

They last for 10 days in the fridge, but mango only lasts 4 days.
