BLUEBERRY CHIA JAM

  • 1.5 cups blueberries

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pan over a low heat.

  2. Cook gently until the fruit has broken down and the jam thickens

  3. Pour into a warm glass sterilised jar

  4. Leave to thicken for 10 minutes

 

Stores in the fridge for 10 days

Freeze up to 3 months
