BLUEBERRY CHIA JAM
1.5 cups blueberries
1 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chia seeds
Place all the ingredients in a pan over a low heat.
Cook gently until the fruit has broken down and the jam thickens
Pour into a warm glass sterilised jar
Leave to thicken for 10 minutes
Stores in the fridge for 10 days
Freeze up to 3 months
