Yogurt Dressing

  • 300g Greek yogurt

  • 1 fat garlic clove

  • 1 tbs sumac

  • 1 tsp dried mint

  • Zest 2 lemons

  • Juice of 1.5 lemons (to taste)

  • 4 tbs olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

This is from the Chicken & Artichoke salad in the Persiana, Sabrina Ghayour cookbook. Also good with falafel and lentil bites.
