CHOCOLATE DROPS

  • 1 cup raw cacao butter or coconut oil

  • 1 cup unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder

  • ½ cup honey or coconut nectar or liquid stevia to taste

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Toppings of choice: chopped nuts, puffed rice or quinoa, dried fruit, rose petals, coconut

 

  1. Lay baking sheet over a bread board or oven tray

  2. Melt over bain marie

  3. Mix until well

  4. Drop 1 tsp onto a baking sheet

  5. Add toppings

  6. Allow time for them to set, can add to the fridge to set
