CHICKEN SAUSAGES

  • 450g minced chicken

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (use homedmade)

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 2 tbs olive oil

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Up to ½ tsp salt (I don’t add any as the cheese adds a salty taste)

 

  1. Heat the oven to 200c and lightly oil a baking sheet and line a tray.

  2. Blitz your bread in a blender to make the breadcrumbs and add to a mixing bowl.

  3. Blitz your chicken separately.

  4. Mix all the above together.

  5. Roll into around 30 balls.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
