CHICKEN & CHICKPEA BURGER

  • 2 cups cooked chick peas

  • 400g chicken minced

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1 tsp chili flakes (or to taste)

 

  1. Add the chick peas in a bowl and mash them with a fork

  2. Add the ground chicken

  3. Add 1tsp salt

  4. Add chilli flakes

  5. Form into 4 patties
