Lamb Doner Kebabs - Fakeaway
400g lamb mince
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp onion powder
½ salt
(or 1 tsp onion salt instead of onion powder and salt)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic crushed
Lettuce sliced thinly
Cabbage (red or white) sliced thinly
Onions (red or white)
Tomatoes sliced
Cucumber sliced
Lemon wedges
Greek yogurt with fresh mint leaves chopped
Sriracha sauce
Pitta or naan breads
Mixed all spices, garlic and lamb mince thoroughly
Push gently into a small oven dish.
Baked for 20-25 minutes at 180c until cooked through then slice thinly.
Serve in warmed kebabs, with salad and sauce and lemon wedges
You can shape the meat into sausage shapes or meatballs if you prefer.
