BREAKFAST EGG TORTILLAS

Breakfast Tortillas

For 1-2 people

  •  2 eggs

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • 1/3 tsp garlic granules

  • 1/6 tsp salt

  • 1/6 tsp pepper

  • 4tbs chopped veggies mushroom olives

  • 2tsp sundried tomato paste

  • 2 wraps

 

  1. Mix the spices with the egg.

  2. Heat the pan.

  3. Add 1tsp sunflower oil.

  4. Add the egg and as it starts to cook add the veggies.

  5. Spread the tomato paste onto the tortilla.

  6. Place the tortilla paste down onto the egg before it is fully cooked.

  7. Flip the tortilla and fry until just crisp and golden.

  8. Remove from the heat and roll it up.
